First is the back story of this
project. This flag pole project is part of the “Beautification of Rizal Park” project
proposed back in 2011. Under this project would include the following
1.) Senior
Citizen’s Garden
2.) Restoration of Pedestrian Lanes
3.) Restoration of Auditorium
This
project is done purposely to commemorate the 150th death anniversary
of our national Hero Dr. Jose Rizal, namesake of the park itself. And as such,
the old 105 ft flagpole was changed to a 150 ft one. 150th
anniversary, 150 ft. We just wonder if it will ever reach a thousand feet?
Going to the engineering part, we would show how is a typical flagpole set up.
Why does it cost so much?!
First of all, every structure must be able to withstand every kind
of force acting on it. In the case of flag poles, wind load factors in the most. According to the wind profile power law, as altitude
increases, wind speed increases.
Below is a sample wind profile of the Philippines when
experiencing “severely extreme” wind speeds.
By the way, how high is 150 ft?
This means that the National
Flag Pole will have to resist a great amount of force. The situation calls
for sturdier components and some
engineering.
To summarize,
Therefore, the taller the flagpole, the more costly it
becomes.
How much does it cost to purchase and construct?
So here are our initial assumptions. Do you think the project is
overpriced?
But wait, there’s more!!
Apparently, the winner of the contract, AKH construction and
IBANAG HERITAGE FOUNDATION ( NGO headed
by VP Jejomar Binay and Senator Enrile ) have the same contact numbers. They
must be sharing the same landline. Plus the head of AKH construction is also an
officer and board of trustee of the said NGO. What does this mean? Only one
thing for sure. Kudos to our Vice President and Senator for supporting all BIG
TICKET projects.

DeleteBLACK PROPAGANDA. SEE THE CHOP OF DOCUMENTS. ITS BEEN MANIPULATED. RESEARCH FIRST.
Deleteginawan nato ng documentary ng I.D. sa news TV, but not as deatailed as this article.
DeleteThe news supports Aquino so no bad news for him.
Corrupt Engineers talaga CE's. Buwaya talaga DPWH.
DeleteThat is why even Industrial Engineers are taught subjects being studied by CEs, ECEc, etc. so as to avoid being tricked and manipulated by these "technical" engineers.
Deletewell ,im a contractor we build the 2nd tallest flag pole here in ph 103 ft.@ cost of aproximately 900 to 1M ,powder coeted,4 meters foundation, etc. for this flag pole for 7M above its to expensive even reached 150 ft. above.
ReplyDeleteAng napaka useless nitong project na to, do you think if buhay pa si Rizal he would agree on the construction of this flagpole? Hayyy DPWH
The DPWH said in an earlier interview that there were only 2 bidders and that the other bidder was disqualified . That is what you call Lutong Makaw !
Deletethe higher the bid, the higher the profit, the higher the kickback.... the richer they become... the Filipinos becomes more poorer... mga hinalupak ng mga politiko na yan... hindi pa maglaho o malubog na sa ilalim ng lupa
DeleteIm calling the attention of the Grand Lodge of the Philippines for the Freemasons. Since Dr. Jose Rizal's name is involved at the same time He was a known mason, maybe the fraternity must intervene to correct this.
DeleteI'm pretty sure that most, if not all, the senators and congressmen are brothers of the Freemasons you are trying to call Ms. Lovelyanne26 :)
ReplyDeleteTama!
DeleteI think analysis should also include payment terms. #finance :)
ReplyDeleteagree... also calculations should be done the right way... do you think 6 laborers is enough to do this?... it may be overpriced but not calculated right....
Deleteis this a draft or has this been approved?
ReplyDeletethe cost of a flagpole mas mahal pa kaysa magpatayo ng bahay? wtf
DeleteIt is already being constructed
DeleteWell unless yung bahay mo eh 150 ft tall, baka nga mas mahal nga dapat yung bahay mo.
DeleteHindi po mabasa ung photo with the documents. Paki-lakihan / better quality so the people can see :) these are impt info - dapat malinaw siya :)

this is beyond flesh and blood.. God has plans for all these..
ReplyDeleteNo, never leave it to God, it will be left untouched that way. The only is to educate and act and be aggressive about both.
DeleteWhat if God wanted US, THE FILIPINO PEOPLE, to act on this now?
DeleteLet's make the responsible people accountable!
Kumilos wag puro dasal.
DeleteUmmm... this project includes:
ReplyDelete1.) Senior Citizen’s Garden
2.) Restoration of Pedestrian Lanes
3.) Restoration of Auditorium
Accounted na ba yun sa computation?
The 8M budget is just for the flag pole; total budget for all 3 you mentioned is around 20M. basa-basa din tayo 'pag may time.
DeletePwede ba tama na pagiging bobo? This is not beyond flesh and blood. That's bullshit. Ito lang po ang buhay natin. Iisa lang po ang sagot, rebolusyon.
ReplyDeletego ahead start your revolution.. bring your entire family and your loved ones.. hope you can feed them through that.. just update us once you're done with your oh sooo highly-intelligent move..
DeleteMr/ Ms. Anonymous 1:14..what then do you propose we do? based on the information given, how do you think we should act? at this point, it is the people that clamors for justice. for all those saying there is no need for a revolution. all those who propose to have faith in the justice system and believe that the president, his administration has our best interest. please for the love of all that is good, answer this question: WHAT DO YOU THINK WE SHOULD DO? because, some of us who find that CHANGE MUST HAPPEN, we are tired of all the BS.
DeleteWe scream of change but none will take the first step. We go the street wanting to be heard, we scream to the top of our lungs with no message. We took out a thief and replaced him with a parasite. We want freedom but we don't know what to do with it. Our children down to our great grandchildren pay for a debt that our great grandfathers started. We want to revolt, but what side shall we take? A revolution needs a side. A revolution needs a figure head. I don't think anyone will martyr themselves for our country. Man or woman, they all cower at the sight of the true solution. Why? Because none of us will step up and give up a comfortable situation to kick start the revolution we need. Instead of looking up to government, how about educating the masses that this is what we need and let the revolutionary come from them.
Well, 300 years of colonization has made sheep out of pinoys.
DeleteMother of all Phil scams -the coco levy scam. May nakulong ba?
Well, the way I see it, a revolution isn't going to fix the problem. We saw the wrath of revolutions of the past, and despite the ideals advocate by them, they all ended up in the drain. Worse, it divided the people. What I see as a nice solution, or a good start, to ever fixing the problem is to change old and small habits. It all starts from the culture. Pinoys are too tolerable of mistakes, and we laugh at people who are disciplined in their own and humble ways, like crossing the street through the pedestrian lanes, stopping at a red light, or not wanting to use commemorative plates. These are reflections of the kind of people that we are, and unless we care about the little things, the dilemma of corruption goes on and on and on. If anyone wishes to start a revolution, let's probably try our best to support at least the idea of a revolution, but if we ever wish to have a truly feasible resolution to the issues instead of short-term patches, then we may want to look at the small things that ordinary citizens do, and from there, we might be able to understand what causing corruption, and from there we might be able to start changing old habits. Just my two cents.
DeleteThe most important ingredient of a revolution is the support of the masses. To the masses, the most pressing issue is where to get their daily need of food, shelter and clothing. If, and when, it comes to the point where the masses can no longer make do with their daily needs, they MIGHT decide to join the revolution that you are proposing. Take the million people march last August 26. How many of our unfortunate kababayans were able to attend? They were busy earning their daily wages to feed their family. And how many of them are aware of how the thieves in Congress have been using the money that are meant to be appropriated to uplift their lives? No, they don't have the time, inclination or education to fully understand the issue. They want the pork barrel available to the Senatongs and Tongressmen because they know that somehow they may get the dung heap that these thieves leave. Educate the masses, get the to understand that P8M is way too much for one flagpole. Make them realize that people like Binay and Enrile and Estrada and Revilla should not be elected to public office because they for every Peso they give them, these thieves get a million times more.
DeleteWe can blame 450 years under the Spanish, Americans and Japanese. But in the end, it is our duty, as a nation, to elect the right people to public office.
The revolution that we need is not a bloody one. What we need is to span the chasm that separates the rich from the poor. What used to be a big middle class is now a thing of the past. They, just like the poor, spend most of their time looking after their every day needs, albeit in a much less dire situation.
They should be made to realize that the gift they get from politicians are meant to make them beholden to these scum of the earth. There is no utang na loob when the money they give them were meant to improve their lives in the first place.
Start the revolution now. Help the poor and bridge the gap.
Kill them all... that's 'd real Solution....
DeletePossible na umabot sa ganung price since kasama ung 3...
ReplyDeleteUnder this project would include the following:
1.) Senior Citizen’s Garden
2.) Restoration of Pedestrian Lanes
3.) Restoration of Auditorium
Unfortunately hindi kasama lahat ng yan. Yung flagpole lang. If we include all projects nasa lampas 20m yung budget.
DeleteAng elevator, 1M lang tao pa binubuhat, yan flagpole na yan 8M tela lng binubuhat, kahit sinong tao hndi mbubulag sa computation nyo!
ReplyDeleteADIK....ITS THE FORCE NOT THE WEIGHT OF THE TELA
So yeah, this blog is not defending the project but, intellectually detailed why it is overpriced.
DeleteIt is really overpriced based on the computations of our dear blogger, kung my profit man yan, (xempre contracted yan kc tinatamad ung mga engrs. ng DPWH mg-oversee ng project pero kpg picture-taking kasama cla, pra bida...) dpat around 3.5-4M ok ng profit un... kso mrami ang ng-profit dun sa project kya ayan ang inabot 7++M... we all want a better government but the problem is even the sincerest government officials when exposed to the world of politics here in the Philippines, becomes corrupted.... tapos ung mangilan-ngilan na mababait at tlagang tapat sa ginagawa nila para sa bayan, ayun pinapabagsak ang eroplano pra mapigilan ung mga adhikain nila sa isang malinis na gobyerno. kung hindi man, nababaril... what people can do for money here in our homeland, is just despicable. kaso wala tau mgawa, kc ung mga hinihingian ntin ng tulong to cleanse the government is no.1 plang pasimuno.... hindi nga lang ntin alam na ksangkot pla cla kc nghuhugas ng kamay, gamit safeguard kya 99% no germs/dumi/evidence...
HSBC global data analyst did a research and deduced that Philippines - if economic momentum will not be halted shall be placed in the 16th spot of global economic power within 15 years.. hope this to happen sooner.
Deletelike Lacson said, the total cost of the projects is less than haft of the actual price. that's why he want pdaf.
Deletekulimbat = total PDAF x 60% (let say)
wew....
LOL. Even if we were at the top as a global economic force, it doesn't translate to a better state of living for the Filipinos.

DeleteAGREED Mr. B.S. Aquino. Tama ka.
Deleteso tuwing may nakikitang pagkakamali rebolusyon agad? ilang rebolusyon n b ang ginawa niyo? at may nangyare ba? EDSA 1?
Deletewhat about steel reinforcement? tska bro kelangan pa cguro ilagay ung overhead and profit ng contractor..ilang percent ba kalakaran dyan sa pinas?
ReplyDeletethe best thing for us middle class work force is to refrain from paying taxes...we give our hard earned money so the government officials and those fall guys can get richer...its time to unite and boycott BIR, tell Commissioner Henares to scrutinize their assets first...or the best is give the 10 Billion back to the tax payers...
ReplyDeletehow on earth can we prevent our payroll from deducting even a cent-worth of money from our paycheck?
Deleteso true... taxes are deducted automatically from our payroll.
Deletehayz... the change should start within ourselves first. We have laws but it was not implemented properly.. that's the first thing we need to fix.. Follow and implement the laws.
But, the law makers are also the law breakers. >_<
The only way not to pay taxes is to resign from work if you are employed; like what 8:34 have said, taxes are deducted automatically from our payroll :(
DeleteI rarely leave comments on posts.. but GOOD WORK on looking into this.
ReplyDeleteTruly, information is powerful.
Padayon
kahit anong calculations mo diyan ENGINEER ... mukhang malaki parin kurakot niyo...
ReplyDeleteWhere did you get and how current are these costs? I notice most of the references are from web pages. How about actual cost estimates from reputable sources?
ReplyDeleteQuestion is, Why fix what isn't broken? Seems to me, that this is all PR. Why not clean up Luneta park? Install lamp posts that actually work, hire more people to enforce security in the area. Instead of installing a flagpole that would add 45ft (to the current 105ft) to celebrate the 150th anniversary is an expensive waste of time and money.
wag na poh keo magtaka.... may kikbak eh!.... ganyan lng ka-simple yan!... onli in da PI, ika nga!.... lol
ReplyDeletesana natuloy na lang yong end of the world nung Dec 21, 2012.. wala na pala talagang pag-asa hahahaha..
ReplyDeletepork barrel, flag pole, coco levy, hacienda luisita, dami pa hehehe..
This comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteIt's as usual since we're born corruption was everywhere...
ReplyDeletebaka naman kaya hindi ordinary materials ang gagamitin... like instead of carbon steal pole eh made of solid gold ang pole with diamond (larger than human head) on top... and then later they will recommend for repair so that they can steal the said diamond. Dodong....
ReplyDeleteAng mayayaman lalong yumaman at yamabang ang mahihirap lalong naghihirap at di pinapansin ng gobierno..
ReplyDeleteEto pa isa mga kababayan. Nkakapanlumo na tlga:

Pede bang wag puro anonymous? Nakakalitong basahin.
GOD bless the filipino people!
ReplyDeleteayan c binay at ganyan kami sa MAKATI hahaha inang yan
ReplyDeletekasuhan na lang... puro kasi publicity...
ReplyDeleteMay naka limutan po kayo dyan 1. Contractors profit 1,000,000 2.
ReplyDeleteAll of the information here is just based on assumptions and estimates using information from the American flagpole industry. It would have been wonderful if the blogger requested from the COA audit information about the project rather than use his assumptions and estimates to sensationalize the project and present it as "overpriced". The blogger did not even place here the complete specifications of the project from the contractor. He is in no position to declare that the project is overpriced without bid documents, project specifications, and audit reports.
ReplyDeletedo you think wala overpriced sa mga projects of our beloved politicians? they've spend millions for their campaigns...
DeleteYour need for factual information just reeks of arrogance and stupidity. Besides, the article did not explicitly say that this project is overpriced. I just read the entire article again for your sake. Not once did the article say that the project is overpriced. Being skilled or intelligent does not make you wise.
DeleteBe that as it may, the blogger still has an important point: A flagpole like that wanted for Luneta can be procured for a much lower price than the 7.86 million stated - even if it means buying American. (Sorry, but "buy Filipino" shouldn't apply if its >2x the price. Common sense pls.)
DeleteIts still a flagpole, project specifications can't get any simpler than that unless they plan to put a billboard on it or something sufficiently complex to justify >2x the price.
So the need for factual information is arrogance and stupidity these days? While speculative information and half-baked research is foundation of truth? You're not being logical.
DeleteOnly the COA can call this project "overpriced" based on their audit. If you really have "fool-proof" evidence of the project's alleged overpricing (as suggested by your article), then file a case in the ombudsman against the DPWH, DOT, and the National Parks Development Committee.
The blog author may not have called the project "overpriced" but by presenting the readers with what they think is "evidence", it left plenty in their imagination that the National Flag Pole of the Philippines project is "indeed overpriced" without them possessing all the facts. This blog post is simply turning its readers into sheep.
DeleteI challenge the blog author to go to the COA office to secure copies of the audit report, to contact the DPWH and the National Parks Development Committee for the complete project specifications and bid documents before he can completely suggest that this project is overpriced.
Ira
The only way to get those documents is be part of the whole scheme.
DeleteAnd, the only way we can file a case against such people is to get at least one of the schemers to fight against fellow schemers. But they will eradicate those fellow schemers before it can go against the group. So...
But, there are also people who are blindly part of the scheme. Hmm...

One of my dreams is to be a top politician, I want to enter the world of politics.. by not playing dirty. But that is impossible nowadays. Based from experience, when I get to seat on a position for the first time, my intentions were pure, but on the long run, with advices from other people, you tend to be corrupt in one way or another intentionally or unintentionally.. I think it works the same with other politicians. But, I keep my conscience by my side, as much as I could, to keep from being astray from my pure intentions why I seat on such position and take such responsibility.
I hope their conscience would do the same. The problem is, if their intention is to be corrupt from the very start.
~from someone who works in the government.
Thank you Mr. Ira Panganiban. I would remain anonymous as I am one of the million other anonymous taxpayers who are enraged with this issue. Salamat for bringing this out. Those who claim to be anonymous and daring such actions as getting the information from government agencies, WHY DON'T YOU GUYS DO IT? then, slap all of us with the information that is "factual". then, lets talk. there is always a cloud of doubt for every action these politicians make. ngayon lang nalilinawan ang lahat. excuse me lang ho.
ReplyDeletetama!!! yun eh!
Deleteala eh bakit ga me VAT pa, pwede naman yang exempted para ke Dr. Joae Rizal
ReplyDeleteTanong ko lang, government project to right? Bakit may tax? Kelangan ba nun? Tas tatax-an pa? I don't get it.
Delete6 laborers tapos may required Project Manager at Site Engineer? May lawyer pa na 100K? FTW!
Sir soldiers, this country needs you to protect it, outside and inside forces that are destroying it!
DeleteIt's the 115 th anniversary of the hero's death, not 150th.
ReplyDeleteWell if you put it that way, mukhang overpriced nga.
Ano bang maximum cost nyan considering other factors?
I think I'll stay agnostic on this issue.

Find ways to employ the jobless poor fellowmen rather than wasting money. Educate the unlearned and reach out the needy. That's the most noble way to impress God.
ReplyDeleteJust a few comments for a better presentation, from another engineer intrigued about this project.
ReplyDelete1. Did the BOQ come from the official bid docs of DPWH or did it come from you? It would be better if you can retrieve the official BOQ from DPWH.
2. There might be some other items lumped under this project that are not directly a part of the flag pole. i.e. accent lighting (and all other electrical items related to lighting) and other architectural modifications for the new flag pole.
3. From what I recall from the news, the flag pole has a motor that enables automatic operation / raising and lowering of the flag. I did not see this in the flag pole BOQ. Aside from the winch motor, we also have to account for the electrical items needed to supply power to the winch.
4. The concrete materials quantities were not indicated, we just have m3 but not each item's quantity.
5. Contractor's profit was not indicated, has this been considered/included in the itemized costing? This is usually 15-20% of the direct cost.
Having enumerated all the items that might be missing from the computations, I still feel the 7.8M contract amount is overpriced, unless there's a lot more scope in the actual BOQ that we do not know of.
Oh and btw, nice catch on AKH and Ibanag having the same contact number. =)
ReplyDeleteThis is what we call "tourism". We also have to beautify our places to attract more tourists, either foreign or local, then more work would be available for Filipinos. And since there are a lot of people hanging around Luneta, it would be nice place for business establishments (of course, maintenance of the park should be widely monitored), which encouraging Filipino entrepreneurs to have one nice spot for operation. THIS IS CHANGE. And we have to adapt to change.
ReplyDeleteRemember, not all government officials are corrupt. Instead, they're trying their best to make the Philippines to be on top. Might be not in "The Fast and the Furious" way, step by step to be able to reach it. Then IMPEACHMENT??? Like what I have said, THEY ARE TRYING THEIR BEST. We voted them, right? We chose them, right? It is just so pathetic that we are impeaching some people yet we were the one who put them on that position in the first place! Before you say so they should be impeached from their position, try to think of all the "great" ways you did for the Philippines, for our country.
The points about tourism is exactly what I was thinking. Building additional establishments in an area contributes to the overall trust and good impressions that businesses would have on it.
DeleteAndaling magsabi ng "sana sa iba nalang ginastos ang pera" without having the slightest realistic goal, but real life is more complex at yun pang akala natin na useless ang minsan eh talagang nakakatulong satin. I think educating the Filipino opinion should begin by breaking away from our simple-mindedness. For example, napakadaling mag-agree sa article na 'to without looking at the details that might prove the opposite of the idea it promotes like the possibility na may iba pang underlying cost na hindi na-take into account sa mga supporting documents na nakapost dito. Example nalang yung cost sa electricity, fuel, ilang months ba gagawin yang project na yan, ano yung actual cost ng technology na gagamitin to carry out the project, ano yung actual cost ng service ng professionals (some professionals would rate up to 7 figures because that's the cost of their liability), naisama ba yung cost ng pagtanggal dun sa lumang flagpole or cost of excavation, and then of course you're not just paying for the materials, you're also paying for the idea of the professionals who would handle the project. That's why this issue didn't just make it into the media. Masyadong madaming necessary information, technicalities, and tricky details to prove the case and without real knowledge about how the business actually work and what are the actual factors and specifications involved, it's quite pointless to jump into early conclusions. This is also my gripe about half-proven issues like this one. It's quite easy to fall victim into the sensationalism, jump into conclusions and ignore the missing crucial details because we all have our moments of simple-mindedness.
It is important to be critical about the things around us, and it is more important to be critical about our own opinions. However, that's also the reason why I applaud the author of this article for leaving it as an open-ended question. I do hope he can provide more credible or rather, relevant sources of information though. The rough estimates are all irrelevant as long as we don't know the exact details of the project. I am inclined to believe that this project is overpriced though.

ReplyDeleteSa pag prepare pa lang ng DPWH sa Program of Work at Approved Budget for the Contract plantyado na yan.
ReplyDeletengayon maniniwala na siguro kayo kay miriam na yung mga taxpayers lang ang dapat maka boto, not that I want to remove the "right to vote" pero ang nangyayari is we are dictated by the votes who does not pay any taxes..... hahay.... pilipinas nga naman...
ReplyDeleteGUYS! SABI NG BLOG "SO HERE ARE OUR INITIAL ASSUMPTIONS. DO YOU THINK THE PROJECT IS OVERPRICED?" BAKIT ANG DAMI DITONG COMMENTS NA TINITREAT ITONG INTILLECTUALLY OPINIONATED BLOG AS THE TRUTH??! ANG GUSTO NGA SIGURO NG AUTHOR IS TO OPEN THIS DISCUSSION FORUM PARA MAY MAGSTEP UP NA MGA EXPERTS TO CONFIRM THE ESTIMATES PARA MALAMAN NG TAONG BAYAN. PINAPAVALIDATE NGA NUNG AUTHOR ASSUMPTIONS NILA E. HINDI NAMAN NILA SINABI NA ITO UNG OFFICIAL DOCUMENT NG DPWH. THE AUTHOR IS JUST MAKING A SMART ANALYSIS OF THE ISSUE!
ReplyDeleteif you sum it up, its still friggig over priced, also, your pricing of materials is way too over board, if this is a government project, they shoudl find way to get an economic price without risking the quality standard of the materials.
ReplyDeleteWhats the purpose of engineers in DPWH ,just sit and wait for their butt to get off if its already time to go home, give us a break, even just for a logical common sense, 7M is way too much of a price
Kudos Sir!
Mabuhay
Good day,
Although I have a gut feeling that it is overpriced, medyo nagdadalawang isip din ako sa presyo eh. Forgive me if I would sound like comparing apples and oranges, pero ang presyo ng isang well engineered na bahay can very well reach 5M, depende sa specifications. This may be a flagpole, but it's not just a mere flagpole. Since it's almost half the size of the statue of liberty, I assume na medyo high-end ang gagamiting materials and technology dito. Considering na ganun nga sya kataas, I assume that anything that falls within the 2M range eh sobrang tinipid, na kaduda-duda na yung quality.

ReplyDeletelokohin nyo lelang nyong panot. hehe it will not cost that much. hehe
ReplyDeleteDeath by torture for proven corrupt officials and government employees. I'm sick of corruption. Death to their families as well. :D Go FAILippines :D
ReplyDeleteover price talaga yan..
ReplyDeleteKidlat lang ang resulta niyan.
ReplyDeleteHinde lang naman para sa Ph Flagpole gagastusin lahat un may other project pang kasama katulad ng Senior Citizen Garden etc. and I think 7.8M is enough para sa beautification of WHOLE Rizal Park.
ReplyDeletei don't think so its ENOUGH? This is too much budget cost more than 200% base from the logical facts shown.
Deletewell ganun nmn tlga gov't.. playing dirty game.
. . . The mere fact na same ang contact number ng AKH Construction at Ibanag Foundation e may off na dun lalo na't connected to sa high ranking officials such as Binay. Mamaya ala Napoles din to. Tsk tsk tsk . . .
ReplyDeleteYes, over priced talaga yan,, bidding sa government , sad to say is all drama, just to show the contract and project is legal, pero pin pointed na kung sino gagawa.. 90.99 + % government projects lahat yan pareho lahat mapa kalsada, tulay, schools or any projects..
ReplyDeletepriorities!!! ugh!
tapus budget cut pa sa education -______-
Ang gagaling nyo magcompute at mgcomment,,hello wag puro tira sa high ranking government official....baka nakakalimutan nio all government agency are employed with professionals ( engineers, accountant and others ) the high ranking official is just proposing a project... and the lower party is the one to manipulate...ang walang puso jan is nagsimula sa kabaro mo na pilipino na wala din inisip kundi ang sarili at pamilya tapos mgrereact sila sa issue.
ReplyDeleteHindi ko kinakampihan ang mga pulitiko kaso sana naman tamaan muna yung mga professionals sa ibaba nila kz ang high ranking official gusto nila is project to see them that they are good person in fact that they are doing dirty moves while our professional who are beside them na alam nilang mali e ginagawa pa din nila just to get some of money... sabi nga ng korean officer LOVE will START in the SMALLEST thing not above the HIGH.. kayong mga ngcomment na matatalino at matatapang ( Engineer,Accountant, MEdia,Lawyer) kumpleto na kau to crucify those alleged people kung my balls tlga kau...
Hello! I just thought I should post my observation that the description said "REPLACEMENT OF FLAGPOLE". So the estimates should include the process of removal of the old one.
ReplyDeleteYour blog is clearly showing all the points that tell why we should buy flagpole components from a reputed company. Outstanding blog man!
